Making classic Easter recipes vegan is easier than you think!
T and I have served many a plant based Easter dinner over the 10 years we’ve been vegan. Both at our own house with all vegans and at other houses with mostly non-vegans.
This roundup of vegan Easter meals came from 10 years of learning and listening to what non-vegans respond well to.
Unlike other round-ups that throw a bunch of recipes together without the writer personally guaranteeing they work, every single recipe on this list has been extensively tested and perfected in our small Northeast Philly kitchen.
Because T and I have such different cooking skill sets and experience, this list includes a great balance between easy recipes and more advanced dishes. There’s something for everyone!
You’ll find recipe ideas for both brunch and dinner that will have your guests hopping back for seconds.
And of course plenty of tasty sweet treats for good measure because what is Easter without the treats?!
