Over the years my dad has kind of become the unofficial sampler and taste-tester for many of our vegan recipes. Now, please understand my father is not vegan, he just loves really good food and is almost always open to trying new things. Especially when it comes to food.
So when we created this list of Father’s Day meal ideas, we used all our recipes that my dad, as well as countless other non-vegan relatives on both our sides, has flipped for and raved over. These are the ones that even years later, he can’t stop talking about. As he says, “The carrot dog may be gone, but the memories remain.”
