I have a confession: I’m really not much of a baker.
That’s T’s department in our house!
But if we’re invited to a cookout, holiday party, potluck, or family get-together? Chances are, I’m the one bringing dessert…and somehow the plate always comes home empty!
Somewhere along the way, I realized I didn’t actually need to be great at baking to make desserts people rave about. I just needed a handful of ridiculously good recipes that don’t require turning on the oven.
So over the years, we’ve created everything from creamy pies and rich peanut butter treats to chocolatey candies, dessert dips, cheesecakes, and frozen favorites that people genuinely ask us to bring again!
If you’re looking for vegan desserts that are easy enough for beginners but impressive enough to disappear first at the dessert table, you’re in the right place.
Here are our favorite no-bake vegan desserts. The ones we make again and again because they’re simple, crowd-pleasing, and quite honestly just fun to eat!
