Cranberry chia jam is an amazing addition to your morning toast, oatmeal, pancakes, French toast, etc. Delicious, easy, and very healthy!
If you would like a smoother jam without the larger chunks of cranberries, feel free to use an immersion blender rather than mash them by hand.
If you don't have cranberries on hand, try using whatever berries are in the fridge - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries (oh my!), or perhaps a mixture! Get creative. :)
