This is the BEST vegan burger sauce recipe! It’s tangy and flavorful with just a hint of spice and a touch of sweet. It’s like a vegan version of the Big Mac sauce! Perfect as a vegan burger condiment or sandwich spread; great for dipping fries or for making a vegan burger salad! It’s easy to make with simple ingredients you probably have in your house right now.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp horseradish*
  • 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • First, whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl until totally smooth and combined.
  • For best results, finish by covering the vegan burger sauce and letting it sit in the fridge 1-2 hours before slathering on vegan burgers and fries.

Notes

*Check the ingredients, as you'll want to avoid "horseradish sauce" which often contains eggs.
