Veggie Noodle Soup

You'll need: diced carrots, diced celery, diced white onion, olive oil, flour, water, veggie bouillon powder, spaghetti, soy curls

We use our homemade veggie bouillon powder for this recipe and highly recommend it for best flavor results!

Step 1: First, saute the carrots, celery, and onion in the olive oil with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Then, add the flour to the veggies and stir to coat completely. Slowly pour in the water while stirring continuously. Cover the pot and bring this to a boil.

Step 3: Once boiling, stir in the veggie bouillon powder and add the noodles. Cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4: When the noodles are finished cooking, add the soy curls and simmer the veggie noodle soup for another 10 minutes.

Let the veggie noodle soup sit, covered, off heat for 5 minutes before serving. This will give you the best flavor!
