Vegan Broccoli Slaw

You'll need: broccoli, red onion, carrots, sunflower seeds, vegan bacon bits, craisins, lemon juice, white vinegar, vegan mayo, spices

Step 1: Add all the broccoli slaw dressing ingredients to a small mixing bowl and combine with a small rubber spatula.

Step 2: Add all the ingredients for the broccoli slaw to a large mixing bowl. We cut the broccoli a little bigger, but you can shred it too!

Stir everything together until totally combined. Cover the bowl and let the vegan broccoli slaw sit in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.

Top the vegan broccoli slaw with freshly cracked black pepper and serve as a BBQ side or as a main dish with chickpeas thrown in!
