Healthy Coleslaw Recipe

You'll need: coleslaw mix, silken tofu, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, white pepper, raw sugar, vegan mayo

Step 1: Add all the healthy coleslaw dressing ingredients to a small blender or food processor.

Then, blend the healthy coleslaw dressing ingredients on high until it is smooth and creamy like this!

Step 2: Add the coleslaw mix to a large mixing bowl and pour in the healthy coleslaw dressing.

Stir everything together until totally combined. Cover the bowl and let the healthy coleslaw sit in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.

Top the healthy coleslaw with freshly cracked black pepper and serve as a BBQ side, sandwich topping, or a salad on its own!
