Dairy-Free Ranch Powder

You'll need these easy to find ingredients: roasted unsalted cashews, lemon pepper, salt, pepper, onion /garlic powder, dehydrated onion, dried dill / parsley

Step 1: Pulse the cashews in a food processor until a fine powdery texture. Then, add the rest of the ingredients and pulse again until combined and a find powder texture.

To make a dressing:  Whisk 2 Tbsp dairy-free ranch seasoning  + 1/2 cup vegan mayo  + 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar  + 1/3 cup plain unsweetened non-dairy milk.

To make a dip:  Whisk 1/4 cup seasoning  + 1 cup vegan sour cream or mayo  + 1/8 tsp apple cider vinegar + 2 Tbsp plain unsweetened non-dairy milk
