elbows or shells, butternut squash puree, cashews, nutritional yeast, bouillon powder, garlic, white miso, BBQ sauce, smoked salt, onion powder

Step 1:
Add all the butternut squash cheese sauce ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend on high until it’s completely smooth.

Step 2:
Pour the butternut squash cheese sauce into the pot of drained macaroni and stir until combined.

Heat the butternut squash mac and cheese on low until the sauce thickens and everything is warmed through. Serve immediately!
