Best Vegan Dumplings for Soup

You'll need: All purpose flour, baking powder, pepper, salt, dried thyme, unsweetened non-dairy milk, and vegan butter

Step 1: Start by getting a large mixing bowl. In it, whisk the flour, baking powder, pepper, salt and thyme.

Step 2: Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour the plant milk and vegan butter into the center of it.

Step 3: Stir the vegan dumpling dough together until a dough ball forms. If your dough seems too dry, you can add an extra Tbsp of plant milk.

Step 4: Simmer the dumplings covered for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5: At 15 minutes, stir the soup and remove one dumpling to make sure they’re cooked through before serving.
