Vegan Whole Wheat Waffles

You'll need:  whole wheat flour, oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, non-dairy milk, JUST Egg, non-dairy Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, melted vegan butter

Step 1: First, make the waffle batter by combining the wet and dry ingredients separately. Then, add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and fold together gently.

Step 2: Then, make the waffles! Follow the directions for your particular waffle maker. Be careful not to overfill and cook until the "done" light goes on.

Serve these whole wheat waffles with vegan yogurt and fruit or dairy-free butter and pure maple syrup for a healthier version of your favorite breakfast indulgence!
