Homemade Whiskey Pickles

You'll need: cucumber, jalapeno, ACV, whiskey or bourbon, white vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, all-spice, dill, dehydrated onion, black peppercorns, red pepper flakes, and fennel seed

Step 1: Get a clean 32 oz mason jar. Add the garlic. Slice your cucumbers and jalapeno into 1/4 inch slices and place them in the jar.

This recipe is sponsored by our friends at Microplane!

We used Microplane's Jar Top Slicer lids to slice the cucumbers and jalapenos quickly, easily, and with very little mess.

Step 2: Make the whiskey pickle brine by combining the whiskey, vinegars, hot water, and maple syrup.

Step 3: Add the spices  to your jar. Pour in the whiskey pickle brine. Cover, shake, and refrigerate.

Let the whiskey pickles steep in the fridge for at least 2 hours

Serve on burgers and sandwiches, in salads, on charcuterie boards, and straight out of the jar!
