Easy Walnut Lettuce Wraps

You'll need: California walnuts, celery, onion, garlic, buffalo sauce, bouillon powder, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, baby romaine, carrot, avocado, ranch

Step 1: Soak and drain the walnuts. Then, pulse them in a food processor with the rest of the walnut meat ingredients until it's a ground meat texture.

Step 2: Wash and dry your baby romaine lettuce. Lay the lettuce wraps out and divide the walnut meat among them.

Step 3: Chop the carrots, celery, and avocado. Divide these amongst the walnut lettuce wraps as well.

Step 4: Finally, drizzle the walnut lettuce wraps with dairy-free ranch dressing before serving.

Serve these walnut lettuce wraps immediately for a poolside snack or quick summer lunch.
