Vegan White Chocolate Bars

You'll need: cacao butter, refined coconut oil, unsweetened coconut cream, vanilla protein powder, and powdered sugar

Step 1: Add all the vegan white chocolate ingredients (except the powdered sugar) to a large mixing bowl and use your hand or stand mixer to combine on a low setting.

Step 2: Then, mix in the powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time until you use it all.

Step 3: Once incorporated, turn the mixer to high and beat for about a minute. This part is important for achieving the best vegan white chocolate texture!

Step 4: Next, line a 9x9 baking dish (or any dish of a similar size) with parchment or plastic wrap. This will help you pull the fudge out easily.

Step 5: Pour the vegan white chocolate mixture into the dish, using a rubber spatula to make sure you get allllll of it. Set this in the fridge overnight to set.

When ready, carefully pull the vegan white chocolate out of the dish using the parchment. Slice it on a cutting board into bars and enjoy!
