Vegan Whipped Ricotta Dip

You'll need: firm tofu, nutritional yeast, extra virgin olive oil, miso paste, lemon juice, ACV, and salt

Step 1: Start by using your hands to crumble the tofu into a food processor. Then, add the rest of the ingredients.

Step 2: Next, to make the vegan whipped ricotta, simply blend for up to 1 minute on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed until everything is smooth and a little shiny.

Serve this vegan whipped ricotta as a plant-based party appetizer with little slices of baguette to spread it on!
