Vegan Sausage Pasta with Peppers

You'll need: vegan Italian sausages, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, bowtie or penne pasta

We used our homemade Italian seitan sausages for this vegan sausage pasta recipe, and they work great!

Step 1: Crisp the vegan sausage in a large skillet for about 5-7 min. Remove the sausages from the pan and slice into 1/2-inch pieces. Set aside.

Step 2: Next, you'll saute the green and red bell peppers and onion in oil for 12-15 minutes, stirring often.

Step 3: Add the sliced vegan sausage back to the pan with peppers and onions. Saute another 5-7 minutes.

Serve the sausage and peppers over bowtie or penne pasta to make a beautiful vegan sausage pasta with peppers dish!
