Vegan Mince Recipe

You'll need: refined coconut oil, onion, garlic, chili powder, pepper, cumin, ground mustard, TVP, beet powder, soy sauce, and red miso

Step 1: First, saute the onion and garlic in the refined coconut oil. Add all the seasonings, stir, and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Step 2: Then, add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Turn the heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes uncovered.

Step 3: If you want to brown the vegan mince, turn the heat to medium high and flatten it out in the pan. Let it cook for 1 full min. before stirring and flattening again. Repeat as desired.
