Vegan Cheese Spread

You'll need: extra firm tofu, lemon juice, refined coconut oil, yellow mustard, olive oil, nutritional yeast, ground mustard, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

Step 1: First, you'll add all the vegan ingredients to a food processor, starting with the tofu and ending with the melted refined coconut oil.
Step 2: Then, blend the ingredients, starting on low and slowly increasing speed to high, for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is creamy and shiny.
Step 3: Next, you'll transfer half this mixture to the center of a large square of plastic wrap.
Then, gather and pull together all corners / edges of the plastic wrap square...
...and secure with a rubber band. Repeat this with the other half of the vegan cheese mixture.
Step 4: Place the plastic-wrapped vegan cheese balls in the fridge overnight to firm up. When ready, remove from plastic...
...and use your hands to mold it into a more even ball. The vegan cheese spread mixture will be nice and moldable by now!
Step 5: If desired, coat the vegan cheese spread ball in walnuts or smoked paprika. This makes a great party appetizer!
Serve this vegan cheese spread alongside sliced baguettes, crackers, apples, and veggies for an easy but fancy vegan party appetizer.
