Vegan Cheddar Cheese Spread

You'll need: extra firm tofu, miso mustard, refined coconut oil, garlic, spices, tomato paste, beer, and nutritional yeast

Step 1: First, you'll add all the  vegan cheese spread ingredients to a food processor or Vitamix, starting with the tofu and ending with the melted refined coconut oil.

Step 2: Then, blend the ingredients, starting on low and slowly increasing speed to high, for 3-5 minutes until the spread is creamy and shiny. The shiny part is key!

This is what the cheesy mixture should look like when it's ready - fully creamy and super shiny!

Step 3: Then, transfer this mixture to an air-tight container. Cover it and place it in the fridge overnight to fully thicken and set.

This is what the vegan cheddar cheese spread looks like when it's ready to serve - thick, chilled, and spread-able!

Serve this vegan cheddar cheese spread on a vegan party snack platter with crackers, pretzels, carrot and celery sticks, or sliced baguette!
