Easy Tofu Crumbles

You'll need: extra firm tofu, olive oil, vegan Worcestershire, red miso, tomato paste, mushroom powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, dark chili powder, beet powder, pepper

Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet on medium and crumble the tofu into the skillet with your hands. You can also use a potato masher to help crumble the tofu..

Step 2: Add the rest of the tofu crumbles ingredients. Stir and use your silicone spatula to break up any larger tofu crumbles as needed.

Step 3: You want the tofu crumbles to be a ground meat texture. Continue to stir until everything is well-incorporated.

Step 3: Cook the tofu crumbles on medium heat for 40-60 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
