Spicy Ranch Pickles

You'll need: cucumbers, garlic, onion powder, sugar, lemon pepper, dehydrated onion, pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried dill, salt, hot water, buffalo sauce, ACV, white vinegar

Step 1: Get a clean 32 oz glass container with a screw-tight, sealable lid. Add the garlic. Slice your cucumbers into 1/4 inch slices and place them in the jar.

We used Microplane's Jar Top Slicer lids to do this step quickly, easily, and with very little mess. We love it so much, our friends at Microplane sponsored this recipe today!

Step 2: Next, add the rest of the ranch seasonings to your jar on top of the cucumbers.

Step 3:Finish the spicy ranch pickle brine by pouring in the buffalo sauce, and vinegars. Carefully pour the hot water over everything, close it tightly with the lid, and give it a good shake to mix all the ingredients.

Let the spicy ranch pickles steep in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results. Serve them on burgers and sandwiches, in salads, on charcuterie boards, and straight out of the jar!
