Quick Overnight Pickle Recipe

You'll need: a cucumber, jalapeno, hot water, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, garlic cloves, allspice berries, fresh dill, sugar, pepper, dehydrated minced onion, and fennel.

Step 1: Slice the cucumber and jalapeno and add half of them to a large mason jar or 32-oz jar with a well-sealing lid.

Step 2: Add the garlic, allspice, sugar, spices, and dill to the mason jar.

Step 3: Add the second half of the sliced cucumbers and jalapenos.

Step 4: Pour in the water and vinegars. Then, put the lid on and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for the best results!

Enjoy these pickles out of the jar, on sandwiches and snacking platters!
