How to Make Plant Based Goat Cheese  with Tofu

You'll need: extra firm tofu, lemon juice, ACV, miso paste, garlic, olive oil, refined coconut oil, plain non-dairy milk, salt and pepper.

Step 1: First, you'll add all the vegan goat cheese ingredients to a food processor, starting with the tofu and ending with the melted refined coconut oil.

Step 2: Then, blend the ingredients, starting on low and slowly increasing speed to high, for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and shiny.

Step 3: Next, you'll transfer this mixture to a plastic-lined container or silicone mold. Cover and chill for 5-8 hours in the fridge.

Step 4: After chilling, the mixture will be spreadable! You can just serve it like this or slice it into 4 equal parts and form each into that classic goat cheese log!

Serve this plant based goat cheese topped with parsley and alongside sliced baguettes for an easy but fancy vegan party appetizer.
