The Best Meatless Meatloaf!

You'll need: olive oil, minced onions, garlic, paprika, ground mustard, dried basil, onion powder, salt, kethcup, Gravy Master, onion soup mix, flaxseed, vital wheat gluten, and TVP crumbles

Step 1: Start by sauteeing the onions and garlic in oil. Add the spices and stir well to coat.

Step 2: Then, add the TVP, onion soup mix, ketchup, Gravy Master, and water. Cook the meatless meatloaf mix covered for 5-8 minutes.

Step 3: Then, transfer the meatless meatloaf mixture to a bowl. Add the flax egg and vital wheat gluten.

Step 4: Knead this meatless meatloaf mixt for 1 minute to activate the gluten and give you that meaty texture.

Step 5: Finally, press the meatless meatloaf into a loaf pan evenly. Bake covered at 350F for 40 minutes. Then, remove the lid and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes.

Let the meatless meatloaf cool for at least 20 minutes before removing. It firms up really well overnight, so feel free to make it head of time!
