Freeze hummus in small portions, so it's easy to defrost what you need and keep the hummus as fresh as possible.

To defrost hummus, transfer only what you need to an airtight container and defrost in the fridge 24 hours.
Defrosted hummus will keep in the fridge stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
