How to Cook Brussels Sprouts in the Oven

You'll need: brussels sprouts, olive oil, toasted sesame oil, fine sea salt salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder or granulated garlic.

First, mix the sesame oil and olive oil along with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large measuring cup with a fork or small whisk.

Slice the brussels sprouts in half and slowly toss them in the oil and spice mix until they are fully and equally coated.

Place the spiced sprouts on a baking sheet and bake at 400° for 25-35 minutes, shaking the pan every five minutes or so, until they are crispy brown and tender.

The cooking time for the sprouts depends on both size and moisture content, so make sure to check on them often until they reach your desired crispness!
