Easy Vegan Falafel Sauce

You'll need: tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, ground cumin, agave, water

First, add all the ingredients to a small blender or food processor. I used a small Ninja food processor.

Then, pulse a few times to break everything up and blend on high for about 30 seconds or until the falafel sauce is nice and creamy like this.

Use this creamy sauce on falafel pita, bowls, salads, sandwiches, pasta, or for dipping veggies or pita chips! Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week.

We love using this falafel sauce on a bowl with couscous, hummus, cucumber tomato salad, and Greek tofu cutlets.
