Easy Vegan Taco Salad

You'll need:  Romaine lettuce Corn Black beans Tomatoes Red onion Red pepper Vegan shredded cheese Crushed tortilla chips Walnut chorizo (optional) Creamy avocado dressing

Step 1: Add the romaine, red bell pepper, red onion, tomato, black beans, and corn to a large salad bowl.

Step 2: Pour on the creamy avocado dressing. We like to use our homemade avocado lime dressing.

Step 3: Toss the creamy avocado dressing with the salad ingredients until fully combined.

Serve this taco salad in bowls topped with vegan cheese, crushed tortilla chips, and walnut chorizo. Enjoy!
