Easy Italian Side Salad

You'll need: iceburg, romaine, romas, red onion, carrots, olives, pepperoncini, croutons, and Italian dressing

Step 1: Make the dressing. We used our homemade Italian dressing for this recipe.  If you want to make a creamy Italian dressing, mix it with 1-2 Tbsp vegan mayo.

Step 2: Prep the Italian side salad: Add all the salad ingredients to a large salad bowl and toss until combined.

Step 3: Add the dressing: Drizzle salad dressing over the salad and toss gently until combined. I like to do this in 2 batches.

Serve this Italian side salad with optional vegan parmesan, freshly ground black pepper, and extra croutons!
