Step 1: Add all the cheesecake filling ingredients (everything except the crust!) to your food processor.
Step 2: Blend the filling starting on low and slowly increasing to high. Blend on high for at least 1 minute until the mixture is creamy and shiny!
Step 3: Pour the dairy free cheesecake filling into the pre-made pie crust and transfer to the fridge to chill overnight.
After chilling 5-8 hours in the fridge, the pie will be firm and ready to be sliced and served to your friends and family (who will never know it's vegan!)
