Copycat Reese's Cups Recipe

You'll need: chocolate chips, peanut butter, salt, nutritional yeast, raw sugar, melted refined coconut oil, cupcake tin with liners

Step 1: Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small saucepan and heat on low heat on the stove, stirring often...

...until it's almost completely melted. Then, remove from heat and stir vigorously until you're left with a thin chocolate liquid.

Step 2:  Pour a thin layer of chocolate liquid in each of the cupcake liners. Just enough to evenly cover the bottom. Freeze for 10 minutes until firm.

Step 3: Mix together the remainder of your ingredients to make the peanut butter filling.

Step 4: Top the hardened chocolate layer with a Tbsp of peanut butter filling. Freeze for 5-10 minutes.

Step 5: Fill the cupcake liner with more melted chocolate until it just covers the peanut butter layer. Freeze for 30-60 minutes or overnight.

When firm, remove the chocolate peanut butter cup from the wrapper and enjoy!  Store in the fridge or freezer for best results!
