Easy Cheesy Vegan Pasta

You'll need: small/medium shells, tomato paste, unsweetened plant milk, miso paste, yellow mustard, silken tofu, spices, garlic, tapioca starch, and nutritional yeast

Step 1: Add all the cheesy vegan sauce ingredients to a blender or food processor. That's everything except the pasta.

Blend the vegan cheese sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy. This takes about 30-60 seconds. Stop to scrape down the sides of your blender as needed.

Step 2: Stir together the cooked shell pasta and cheesy vegan pasta sauce. Heat on medium low heat, stirring often, until warmed through.

Then, serve the cheesy vegan pasta topped with minced green parsley, ground black pepper, or smoked paprika. Enjoy!
