Blueberry Basil Ciabatta Sandwich

You'll need: ciabatta rolls, blueberries, vegan soft cheese, and  minced fresh basil. That's it!

Step 1: Slice the ciabatta roll in half and top each side with a thick layer of vegan cheese.

Add blueberries to one side and basil to the other.

Step 2: Bring the two halves together and use a good sharp knife to cut the sandwich in half.

Enjoy these healthy sandwiches on a summer picnic date or make mini versions for an afternoon tea!
