Healthy Apple Waffles

You'll need: flour, cornstarch, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, apple cider, applesauce, oil

Step 1: First, whisk together the dry ingredients in one large mixing bowl and the wet ingredients in another smaller bowl.

Step 2: Then, make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients, stirring slowly until combined.

Step 3: Cook the waffle batter in your waffle iron and cook according to your waffle iron's particular instructions. Ours has a light that comes on when the waffles are done!

Serve these healthy apple waffles with a drizzle of ginger snap syrup and more fresh apples if you'd like!
